Signature Drink Ideas

So my fiance enjoys Captain and Coke. But we're getting Pepsi. So perhaps Captain and Cola or myself arguing rum and cola would be fine. But we will see.

Also considering vodka cranberry. I usually drink whiskey in my cranberry juice, but I know the people that surround me will find that odd.
Would it be strange to have vodka cranberry pre mixed in a dispenser? And have the bartenders mix soda and rum?
Or would you like to give me some signature drink suggestions?

    We're doing rum and coke and then vodka and cranberry, along with a light beer, a heavy beer, and then red and white wine. Our venue lets us bring our own alcohol and they supply a bartender for us, so with our wedding being 5 months away, we've been buying a large bottle of rum, a large bottle of vodka, and a bottle of Cranberry juice with each paycheck and then we can buy the coke and beer the month of. I'm going to go to a wine store to make my wine.

    The rum and cola sounds fine. Why would you have to skip it instead of using the different brand?
    I would have the bartender prepare both drinks rather than a self-serve dispenser. In many areas, you are not allowed to have to have alcohol be self-serve.
