Signature drinks

So for our wedding we are going to have 2 different brands of wine I think 2 or 3 different brands of beer and 2 signature cocktails… What cocktails are you going to have for your wedding ? I’m unsure of what I want because I’m not really a big drinker but I wouldn’t mind having a fall flavor !

    We're doing an apple cider mimosa (apple cider, champagne, caramel rim) with locally made cider. I agree that there should be some connection to the couple. His favorite drink is a classic mimosa. I like paper planes, but they're bitter so not a great choice.
