This is my new obsession. I want one behind me when the doors open up during the ceremony. If I can figure out how to make one myself, I will definitely have one. If not, I will have to pass. Even with silk flowers they look extremely expensive.

Same here! I just want one behind us for the ceremony & then to use it after for the photobooth backdrop! I know If we get dollar store silks & pop the heads off, hot glue them on (but to what)....should be pretty easy but yeah how much $$.... Then to get it to stand & how to transport :/

I went to Home Depot last night to look at trellis and see how/if it would work. The structure itself will be over $200. Here are pictures of the ones I'm obsessing over (without the draping) because of the color, but I want it to be this size as well

A cheaper alternative may be making tissue paper flowers. This reminds me of Kanye's rose wall for Kim lol.

I've made a few floral backdrops for theatre productions... one using silk and one using paper. The silk one was a serious pain in the rear. The paper one was much less stressful and cheaper.

Haha, that's what I was going to say, Karen!

These are amazing! Tissue paper flowers could work...you can make those look insanely real

I'm doing the hanging silk flowers (pic below), but I love the flower walls. Just to complicated though - the logistics of getting that to our venue were insane.
