Singing walking down the aisle song??

I mean this in the nicest way possible....my FW also says that she enjoys my singing, but I'm awful. Like really awful. Do you feel confident in your singing? Like confident enough to sing in front of all of your friends and family?

I love that song! I plan on using it for our first dance. I sing all the time but only in front if my almost 3yr old. Haha I wouldn’t have the guts to sing it myself but if you do, more power to you. I think it would be beautiful and I’m sure he would love it!

I saw a couple YouTube videos of brides singing LIVE as they're walking down the isle, so no, you're not crazy! And I think prerecording your singing is a brilliant idea so that you won't have to add any extra stress on the day of your wedding.

I'm a singer, and i think it would be super weird to walk down the aisle to my FI to a song that I recorded. I would also side-eye the crap out of someone who did that. Just my opinion though. (to me it seems like you're singing to yourself bc you love your voice so much, not so much singing to your FI)

I think a nicer way to do it would be to record that song, or another that is special to you and your FI and play it at the reception so the two of you can dance to it together. It seems more special for both of you and little less "look how great my voice is". (again, i can see that's definitely not your intention, but that would be my immediate thought if i heard this at a wedding ceremony)

I see it as being something special he would never forget. And also something Kind if original to do.
