Site to rent glass cylinders

Mrs. B for real :), on November 14, 2011 at 5:10 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 6

Ladies,

I am trying to DIY my centerpieces and looking for different sizes, with the tallest being about 24" of glass cylinders for the centerpieces...well those suckers are expensive when purchased in mass quantities...

do any of the ladies have a website or tip (besides the thrift store combing I have all member of my family on) where maybe I could rent them for the night?? I don't know what I would do with 30 or so glass cylinders after the wedding anyways!!

Thanks much Smiley smile

*pic is kind of the idea I'm going for, just jazzed up a bit

I know this is going to sound silly, but have you checked out the Dollar Tree? I know they have the short ones. I used the small one to make the vase for my bouquet.

I was going to say the same thing. The dollar tree has them and you can order in bulk on their website. Check it out:

Try your local flower shop. They have vases to rent since they keep them in stock for flower arrangements and would charge a renting fee but if they get broken or stolen they you purchase them. Just a thought.

I am looking for the same thing! I decided to lower my tallest from 24" to 16" to save money...

    Try www.dfwvases.com

    www.save-on-crafts.com

    www.wholesaleglassvasesint.com

its cheaper to buy them in bulk...

however, shipping is a very expensive!!

You might get lucky with Craigslist too. It was a 45 minute drive, but I got everything I need for my centerpieces for $125.
