Sleepless nights

Ceelie , on July 20, 2019 at 3:04 AM Posted in Community Conversations 0 2
Well, I’m a little over a month out and I’m already getting sleepless nights. It’s currently 1 am in Utah, and tonight was so perfect. My FH knows I’ve been under a lot of stress so he took me out for dinner tonight and it was so nice to not think about wedding planning. Things have been rocky in our relationship due to the craziness and tonight just really put us both at ease. I’m so happy and in love, I feel like I’ve met/fallen in love with him all over again 😍 why can’t i sleep you might ask? Beats me. Anyone else getting restless before the big day?

That sounds like a cute date night . I think that's normal to feel restless. I know the day before my wedding I felt pretty restless - could be the excitement jitters? Or nervousness? Anticipation?

I’m so happy you and your FH took a night off from wedding planning and spent some quality time together. It’s so important during the planning.

Do you think you’re inability to sleep could be anxiety, nerves and stress leading up to the wedding day?

You’ve already ticked one of these off the list, however, if you’re looking for other ways to help you both de-stress, check out this WeddingWire article - 7 Ways Couples Can De-Stress Right Now.
