Small Chest Issues

HailyMarie, on February 6, 2017 at 8:50 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 12

Hey y'all! I'm looking for some advice on how not to look so small chested in my dress. I normally wear a super push up bra in my day to day to help me feel more confident. Well I can't wear any bra with my dress because it's open back, & I'm worried that just adding cups isn't going to cut it. This is something I've always been super self conscious about & don't want to feel that way on my big day.

Any tips besides adding cups to make the girls look bigger & help me feel more feminine ?

ETA: I'm wearing a bra in this picture..

I think your dress looks fabulous as is.

I was very small chested and got implants but in the end I wish I would have stayed with my small chest. You realize how lucky you are to be able to wear tanks tops and v neck shirts without falling out once you have big ones...

For your sake I think cups would be fine since they're different sizes they also make the gel bras (sell at belks) that kind of tape to your side and add cleavage.

Such a beautiful dress !!! U look stunning... I have the same issue .. if you need to get your dress altered u can tell them to add cups to the dress as if it was your own built in push up bra ... that's what they are doing for mine

I'm also small chested and wearing a sweetheart neckline, I don't care about my size because my FH loves me the way I am. So I will be going natural (built in bra of course) but nothing else. I vote for go as you are! You look great in that dress!

They have strapless bras that stick to your sides and have awesome push up power! You can get them at places like Macy's and they work awesome, but only stick a few times before they really don't work well. P.S. you look absolutely beautiful and amazing! That dress was very clearly made just for you!

I think you look lovely as is, but if you want some extra "oompf" you can get padded cups sewn into the dress. I would ask your alterations folks about that.

I got sticky cups off of Amazon for $10! They have a tie in the middle that you can tighten to push 'em together.
