There are a lot of different ways you could spray paint and arrange the bottles.
The terrarium frame you could spray paint the frame in royal blue or gray and then have baby pink flowers.

You can build any of these for $5-$10 per table. You'd just have to buy flowers in your color, obviously. Also, you can still have a theme/vibe even though it's small! Don't miss out on the wedding of your dreams just because it's small. I'm having 60 people total and it's still going to be my style.
