What is your budget, if you have a wedding guest list less than 50 (including the wedding party)? Our budget for our wedding with up to 45 people is $5000.

I'm hoping it's not too hot for everyone since it will be June! At least where you are, your guests will definitely be comfortable if its an outside event Smiley smile

We are doing a small (20p) but semi formal thing. The budget is $10,000 but that includes venue, food, cocktail hour, liquor & wine, cake, dessert bar, annual church dues, chair rental, speaker rental, invites, limo, hotel suite 2 nights, decor, photographer, and hair & makeup for myself 3bms, mob & mog.

*intimateweddings.com is really amazing for small wedding guidance & ideas :-)

True unless its like last summer..here it was 108 and dry most of the summer...which for you guys its like nothing lol. Evening would be great down there id think. Do you guys get a lot of bugs at night?? I was only down there a handful of times once for a wedding at the Southfork and then once at our family's town (its ran and founded by my family)

Ms Versace, it's nice here at night. There are bugs but I'm going to request that we have these things that keep the bugs away, I can't think of what they're called.

Jessica, I wish I was from NY! That would be an awesome event to go too!!

Yeah I'm looking at intimate weddings now Smiley smile

It should be doable girl use your resources we are working really close to 2,000 with around 120 people. Luckily our church doesn't charge my officiant/pastor is my cousin my dress was dirt cheap, got invites off etsy, it is my family that will be there and we are all use to our buffet style, my reception is 300 for the whole week. Photographer we splurged 700 got her before she upped her prices to over 1000+ thankfully ordered my flowers off yess-i-do on ebay. Its all about what is important to you to have and prioritize around that i wish you tons of luck!

Mine is $2500 budget and so far I am under. We are getting married at city hall and having the reception in my mothers backyard, that is how we are saving money. Our guest list is 35 people max to the reception and 10 people to city hall. Keeping it pretty simple. We ordered our invites online (VP), our friend has a catering business. It is all about who you know and what will work for you.
