I had my wedding in may but have been stressing because my sister in law did our photos and I feel like there aren’t enough. It’s mostly my fault, as she offered to do it for free and I didn’t hire anyone else, nor did I ask anyone else to take pictures. We got beautiful pictures, but I only got around 76 back total. We had the wedding at my in laws due Small wedding photography 1

to covid. I know I can’t change things but has anyone else been in this situation? I felt like I was clueless

You can hire a photographer to do portraits of you guys in your wedding attire if you’re not satisfied with the pictures/amount you received.

I think this calls for an adventure or “day after” shoot! Hire a photographer whose style you love, find a gorgeous location (literally could be anywhere! We did a National Park), get dressed back up, and go have an amazing photography session. Seriously, you’ll love the experience.

I agree, if you would like more photos, I would hire a photographer for a great newlywed photo shoot!

I felt the same way after my small ceremony. But the thing missing for me was photos of the guests. There were a lot of photos of us, but very few with the guests that weren't VIPs and I felt that was missing. You can always do a bridal or anniversary session though if you dont' like the ones of yourself and your husband
