I went to a wedding with a hot chocolate bar this past January and she had candy canes, different chocolate coated cookie spoons and biscotti, those little wafer tube like cookies with the chocolate inside, and it was a combo hot chocolate/coffee/tea bar.

Yes, I'd love to have a salty options. I have a big sweet tooth myself but I usually like to eat something salty when drinking something sweet like hot chocolate. Pretzels and popcorn a sound yummy!
