Sneakers for the entire wedding?

My to-be MIL and SIL think I'm crazy because I dont want to wear heels for the ceremony....I absolutely hate heels, and I want to be comfortable. The only argument I've heard is heels make your posture better for photos..but I've always had fantastic posture anyway. So, will it really make that much of a difference? Or do I just go with the sneakers and tell them to buzz off? Lol I attached photos of what I did to my shoes 😊 I absolutely love my wedding shoes!!

    I’m wearing sparkly keds for my entire wedding! Wear whatever makes you comfortable. No one is going to see your shoes anyway.

    I’m also wearing sneakers with my dress (purple converse). My mom is kind of appalled, but I wanted comfortable shoes and no one is going to see them anyway!

    I'm wearing flats my whole wedding. I am already 2 inches taller than the groom. No one sees your shoes either so do what you want.

    Wear what you want. Smiley smile I'm sure your dress will cover your feet anyway! I'm planning to wear some type of flats myself. Heels come with too many downfalls...literally.

    I'm wearing high heel sneakers for my wedding and reception (I love sneakers, but am too short to not wear heels). No one is going to see them anyways, and I will definitely like the accessories photos way more now! Do you and you'll be so much happier!

    I love the lace on your shoes! I plan on getting purple chucks and bedazzle-ing them, but now I need lace as well.

    I say wear what makes you comfy. If you don't want heels then definitely don't wear heels!

    I personally am not a fan of the sneaker trend with wedding dresses, but that is my taste.

    This is your taste and your wedding. Wear what you want. It is not your MIL or SIL's day. It is your day. If you want to wear sneakers or swim fins...so what, your day, your choice.
