Sola Flowers

I've never heard of them before but they look really pretty!

These are all made by a professional florist tho so Im not so sure I could do this on my own.

Im worried they may not take the traveling so well either being thin strips of wood. They are crazy affordable tho.. even cheaper than most silk flowers, so Im thinking it might be worth a try.

You can also dye them .. not so sure I could but ive seen pics where it is done.

I just did some more searching and it looks like they are also called Balsa wood flowers heres a few more pics. The more I look the more I am thinking Im going to give it a shot.

So far Ive only looked on one site saveoncrafts but using their prices just as an example 6 bouquets of 10 flowers each is only $30. I think Im worried its too good to be true.

Of course then I have to make them pretty but really it cant be that hard.

I think it could be an amazing option for brides on a budget (ie ME ) plus if your eco friendly or are not a huge fan of flowers then why not. I think Im sold on them.
