Sola wood DIY flower bouquet

Jasmine, on November 9, 2011 at 10:19 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 15

Hey, everybody! So I bought sola flowers from save-on-crafts.com and this is the product of realizing that not all floral foam bouquet holders are created equal, different gauges of wire do different things, and reminding myself that it's okay to have all ivory bouquets and bouts. Color is overrated Smiley winking I did add some preserved babys breath, texas tallow berries, and a few crystal floral picks (that I cut and hot glued onto the centers of the flowers) to the bouquet.

Thanks ladies! If making your own bouquet with sola/silk/faux flowers, definitely remember to get a nice hard styrofoam bouquet holder. The green floral oasis one may say dry or live flowers, but it's lies and deceit! haha It just did not work for me!

They are beautiful. How many flowers did you use per bouquet?
