Sola Wood Flowers for Wedding

Kacci, on January 9, 2021 at 11:30 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 7
Hi y’all! I am doing Sola Wood Flowers for my wedding! There are so many beautiful wooden flowers, but I do not know how many “different kinds” of flowers people have at weddings? Do I only stick to three different types of flowers, or five, or one? I’m new to this! Ideas.. Opinions.. Suggestions??

These are the flowers my friend had. They were really pretty. I would suggest having some material wrap around the stem because the color bled onto our hands (thankfully not our dresses). We did have our face masks to wrap around it, since we didn’t have to wear them walking down the aisle.

The bride had regular flowers and another small bouquet to toss.

I bought a variety pack from Sola that came with 4-5 different types of flowers. I think it’s your preference! I did like having multiple types because it made it easier to fill in holes when making the bouquet and I feel like it looks more natural. I bought the already dyed ones and it was $20 for a 50 pack.

Sola wood flowers are great especially if anyone has a latex allergy. As long as they're properly sealed they shouldn't bleed onto your hands, clothes, etc. As for the number of flowers it's likely just your preference. We got some we will be using for centerpieces or for decoration in the photo booth (we havent fully decided which yet)and they're primarily roses but there's 3-4 other types mixed in.

I bought a total of 100 spilt between 2 50 assorted packs and then did a total of 4 colors spilt evenly (25 of each). Now that we have put down more solid plans I might have to switch colors and order more. Still it won't be that bad.
