Song suggestions

Looking for song suggestions for father daughter dance. My Dad was in and out of my life for most of it due to drugs and jail.. the last 10 years he has been clean and better so it is important for me to have that moment with him, as I never expected him to turn his life around. However since I’m grown, it’s too late for him to be the actual father that so many people got to have growing up. With that being said , I’m struggling with picking a song that “fits” our relationship. A lot of these songs talk about a father raising his daughter and just things that would honestly be a lie in our case.... does anyone know a nice sentimental song about a rocky relationship or maybe a forgiving relationship? Or something that would fit, I know I can’t be the only one that went through something similar !
