  Im trying to "drag and drop" people from the guest list into tables but it would be easier if the people with the same last name appeared together rather than by first name!! isnt there any way to sort?

  Robin if you are doing thru a website the order is by last name. If u have ur own list in excel. Then just highlight all rows and do sort by col that the last name is in then ok
