South florida venues on a budget

Help! We are planning a wedding on 6/20/20 for 85 adults and a 15 kids. Reducing the list is difficult because most is very close family. We are in Coral Springs area but will to go as far north as Deerfield or Miami. We have about $6500 for budget total including food, photos, flowers! Help!!!!
