Has anyone done this before, or have any tips on how this could work? Thanks!

That sounds soooo yummy. Short pastas, with a salad and garlic bread. God, is it lunchtime yet?

As long as the meatballs are optional, it sounds delicious.

Does your venue allow DIY catering? Most require a licensed caterer. That needs to be cooked fresh the day of and kept heated on burners that go under chafing pans. So you will have to have a cooking team who you are ok with not attending the ceremony.
