Spam filter

I am often affected by spam filter that shuts down my account for sending messages too quick. What is the amount/timeframe that the system will shut you down for? I’m getting frustrated with it.

    Who are you messaging too quickly that you're getting shut down? I've never heard that before.

    Hello Jessica,

    We do have a system that marks accounts as spam if a large number of messages are sent within a short period of time. Currently, there is no way to remove this flag from an account once it has been added. If you would like to continue to message vendors, we would recommend creating a new account with a different email address. I am happy to share the feedback to add the option to unmark accounts as spam with our Development Team for a possible future improvement.
