Sparkler Send Offs: Overrated or Underrated?

Where we are having the wedding the website I saw recommended talking to the fire department first as well as the police for approval. I like your idea though, that’s pretty neat. We’re still planning so nothing is set in stone quiet yet. I am going to be up there this next weekend and going to talk to them about it to figure out more. Obviously if they say no I would go with something else. Trying to keep it cheap though simply because we have a pretty tight budget and while we don’t have to pay for a venue or all of our food, we are still trying to keep it on the cheap side.

We wanted floating lanterns but the venue will not let us so we will be doing sparklers.

I almost feel it is overrated just cause it has gotten so popular but I still like the idea. Especially since not everyone can afford to have the fireworks in the background and crazy exit. It is simple and fun and as long as everyone disposes correctly less mess and hazard to birds and other animals.

Overrated. I like how the pictures look but there are other fun ways of sending people off that haven't been overdone.

I guess a bit overrated. It's pretty and friends of ours did it (we left before they did it so we weren't actually part of it) and their pictures looked great but so many people do it. We also weren't going anywhere (we stayed at the venue) so it would have felt weird to do a send off then hang out. Lol

Underrated. I love the photo effects and think they're so much fun for guests too.
