This is a cute idea that I never thought of! Going to brain storm done celebrities to invite now..

We'll be doing the Chicago Cubs or any players if I could get a hold of mailing addresses and also Jay Cutler and Kristin Cavallari because I love them and they live super close to us. Also definitely going to do Lady Gaga because we are both obsessed with her. I am excited to see if we get anything back.

Oooo!! I wonder if our (Canada's) new PM will send us something! I am not super into celebrity stuff (I love singer celebrities, but FH isn't super keen), but really into politics. Do you think the Obama's would send something to Canada?! I hadn't even thought of sending invites to famous people!

I don't know how "famous" but my fiance and I are big Columbus Blue Jackets fans. He wants to send invitations to our two favorite players. We'll pass them along to our ticket rep (we have half season tickets).

FH seriously wanted to invite George & Laura Bush and I told him that was ridiculous. After that previous thread I started looking into. Numerous people have gotten signed congratulations from him. The address to use is his Presidential Library. I'm going to do it and try to surprise him at the RD with it.

Since reading this, I'm going to add the Pope to the list. I'm not Catholic, but I love this Pope!
