Spending within our means. No one didn't have a great marriage because they saved money on their honeymoon. People didn't even used to go on honeymoons. Spend wisely

Undecided. Not sure if we will do a simple getaway or go somewhere far away and make it into an adventure.

We were going to go and hop on a plane to Mexico the day after the wedding, but...

We're tight on money lol. Isn't everyone when planning a wedding? Anyway, we altered our plans.

We're going up to Traverse City, Michigan the day after our wedding. It's about a 3-4 hour drive from where we live, so when we get there we can do a nice dinner and then relax in the hotel.

Then we're thinking early 2019 go on our actual honeymoon, probably an all-inclusive somewhere so we can still save money. I'm hoping we can use some of the money we'll get from the wedding for the honeymoon as well. (Not specifically asking for money, but everyone knows you get some anyway lol)

I went to Cozumel with my parents when I was little. That entire area is SO gorgeous! I went swimming with dolphins and snorkeling. I was 14, I'm now 26, and still remember a ton of it because it was so gorgeous.

We're semi spurging. Wish we'd splurged a bit more. Totally worth it.

We definitely splurged. Going to Thailand from the east coast of the US is 20 hours of flying, so we paid for premium economy class! We’re booking hotel rooms with private infinity pools and making it a luxury vacation for us. Most of my traveling has been in hostels on a shoestring budget, so I’m excited to splurge and enjoy a nice vacation for once!

We're going to mostly splurge and then save where we can. We're doing 10 days in Italy. We were originally going to do New Zealand, but the most we could do was 14 days and the consensus I was getting was that that really wasn't enough time.

I would say we splurged. My husband and I have never been on an actual vacation together, so we wanted to make sure it was an unforgettable vacation.

Not sure yet! This will be our last decision most-likely.

My FH and I want to splurge as much as we can on our honeymoon. We’ll have been in a very long distance relationship for 5 years before we get married, and we want to go all out celebrating the end of our LDR. I can’t wait to be living in the same country and finally the same house!!! We are thinking of an extravagant Caribbean honeymoon on Dominica, Antigua, or Grenada.

Definitely splurging. We're going to take our very first vacation together, alone, and we're going for just over a week and we're going to do everything we've been hoping for!

We are sort of doing both. We just went to Europe this past November and while it was fun, very tiring. So for our honeymoon, we are deciding to stay in the U.S., get a cottage in the mountains for the week, horseback ride through the vineyards, wine tasting, hot air ballooning, kayaking...etc. The cost adds up with all the activities we're doing.

We just booked our trip to the Canary Islands!! Sorta modest splurge--we'll see what we spend when we get there! Staying at a 4 star beachfront resort though but if we could we'd do a 5 star full on luxury one but that's at least $300 a night which is a bit much!

Destination wedding with a week on the beach after and a 7 day cruise to follow 3 months later so I'm saying splurging on the honeymoon.

Sorta both because we are spending more than most people do because it will be our favorite part but we found a great deal so we are spending about half what we had originally planned to

We have been trying to decide on what we want to do. We are definitely going to choose a location that it cost friendly for us but also has some fun excursions that we are wiling to splurge on if we choose to do them.

Somewhat saving. We are planning on going someplace here in Michigan, like Frankenmuth or someplace up north to a cabin. WE're not fancy people so as long as it's us spending time together we're happy

We're doing a fairly low-key "mini-moon" to the Great Barrier Reef two weeks after the wedding with my fiancée's family. We will semi-splurge on a proper honeymoon to Europe for just the two of us about a year after the wedding.

We are splurging on the wedding & Saving (adventure on a budget) for the honeymoon to take a killer one year anniversary trip!

We will probably do an all-inclusive to Jamaica for our honeymoon

Our one year anniversary trip will be to Bora Bora!!!
