We haven’t even talked about honeymoons yet tbh, other than that we won’t have it right after the wedding. Probably we will end up trying to save for a nice week vacation together some summer. I do however want to at least splurge on a hotel for wedding night.

Splurging. I’ve always believed that the honeymoon is more important than the wedding.

We are going to be saving, luckily FH's parents have offered to pay for our airfare and accommodations for our honeymoon (under a certain $ that hasn't been fully decided). Originally we were going to do Hawaii but now we are going to Hawaii this year, so we may choose elsewhere. If anyone knows of another affordable location please let me know!! We're considering looking into the Galapagos or even a cruise to PR

I have been considering our honeymoon as a mini-moon because of how little we're spending! We used the points we earned from FH's travel card to get our flight and our weeklong stay at a hotel for free. It's just a small, but hopefully very fun, getaway with the two of us in music city! I think it'd be cool to go on a more luxurious trip for a future anniversary though... that 25 day trip in Europe a previous poster mentioned sure sounds like a great time! Smiley smile

We want to splurge and go to Sandals or the like but will probably just go to a beach closer to home.

At this point, I’m saving for the honeymoon, we may not take one or if we do, it won’t be until our one year anniversary.

No idea what we're doing yet, but I don't mind a bit of splurging here.
