Are you splurging or saving on invitations?

A little of both? My wedding planner fee includes the cost of stationary AND florals so in my head I'm saving money and her fee is worth every cent. If she wasn't my planner, invitations would be an area where I splurge. I believe they set the tone for the entire wedding and a good portion of my guests will be flying in for the event from overseas so they deserve a keepsake.

Saving on the invites. It just ends up in most people's trash.

I may splurge a little, especially since I have such a small guest count (35 people, although I'd be buying less invites because not everyone would be getting their own invite). So I think I can probably get away with fancier invitations. Yet still, in the same stretch, I may save as well, for the same reasons. Who knows. I'm more in the middle.

Saving. I found a site online I really like, and the invitations are really nice. I can also order favors, decorations, guest book, card box, and so many other things from the same site.

Not sure what we will do. But I do have to say that I have yet to see invitations online that I like. Any suggestions as to where I should look? Should I keep searching online or look for a local paper store?

I'm buying a template off Etsy and having them printed at Staples! So kind of both. It will be affordable but I still want the invitations to look nice and reflect what our wedding will be like

Saving money through using free invite templates with free RSVP template as well, and my aunt has a place she gets her invites printed for cheap and any extra card stock we will just buy bulk with coupons.

Splurging for sure. I got samples of a luxury velvet paper and I could pet those bad boys all day long!

I haven’t decided yet. I’m not sure what’s considered a reasonable price for invitations yet.

Saving. I don't get this trend at all, I just don't think they're important. $85 for 100 complete invites. Done, next!

Definitely saving. Let's be honest, most people will just toss them anyway. There are actually a lot of really good card stock options at craft stores.
