Spray tan or tanning bed?

My wedding is in 29 days!! I am still pale (I told myself I would tan all summer in the sun, but that just didn’t happen). Soo should I go for a spray tan or lay in the tanning bed before the big day?

I love tanning beds, and yes I know the risks. With that being said, I think 29 days is not enough time to tan in the bed, you could burn and that'll give you less time to get the color you want. I have also spray tanned and it is a great option. I find a ton of deals on groupon. The only thing I don't like is the time you have to wait after for it to set. I feel sticky and don't like the way I smell, but that all washes away the day after. Maybe try out a spray tan company and if you like them then get it a few days prior to the wedding to make sure it looks fresh Smiley smile If you spray tan, just make sure you exfoliate and mostiurize as much as you can the days leading up to your tan Smiley smile Good luck.

I'm going in a tanning bed even though it's pretty bad for your skin. I get spray tans on a regular basis, but sometimes they are a little streaky or look orange-ish in photos. If you are leaning towards a spray tan I would just do a trial run and take some photos with a phone/camera to see if you like the way it looks!

Get sprayed by a person not a booth. Usually the better of the two.

I would say tanning bed. I know everyone else disagrees but its more natural looking. You can get cancer from going in the sun as well so what are you expected to live in a bubble. Spray tanning can get on the dress and stain.

I'm doing the tanning bed to reduce tan lines and to keep from looking orange or streaky.

I'm not sure either would be a great choice. Especially if you've never done a spray tan. I have great skin and tan very easily, but when i got my first spray tan (not a cheap one) I still came out orange. I've heard the self tanning lotions are nice, or maybe try to sit out in the sun on the weekends in the morning for even 15-20 minutes. UV this year has been surprisingly high.

I purchased a self tanner from Ulta Beauty, loving tan, and I have been practicing for weeks. I am really good at applying it now and will apply 2 days before my wedding for a nice healthy glow.

I know tanning beds are the worst but I also don’t want horrible tan lines so I’m doing the minimum 6 mins in the stand up booth to get rid of them. I am too afraid of the spray tan being the wrong color or rubbing off on my dress.

If you get a spray tan, be SUPER careful. They can streak easily and once it's dry and streaky it's very difficult to fix. I always use tanning beds, my MIL has managed a tanning salon for over 20 years and she swears by them. She uses them more than twice a week and has never gotten cancer, and I haven't either.

Be sure to find someone reputable one way or another, and also make sure they know what they're talking about since you've never done either.

I go to the tanning bed, I know the risks, but I’m pale as well and I feel more confident with a little color. I have tried multiple spray tans (brands all done by a person, no booth) but I’m allergic to them all. I break out so bad I have to get a steroid shot to help relieve it faster.

Spray tan. Try it out now and scrub it off a week before the wedding. Dont go to a spray tan booth get air brushed. I am an avid spray tanner and it makes a huge difference if someone airbrushes you
