I will have rectangle wooden tables and I’m not sure if It would look better to have quarter or round charger plates.

I think the square ones are really unique but I prefer the look of circle for some reason aha.

I have square plates at home so I tend to lean toward that. Does your venue have both options?

I prefer circle, I think it's classier. I also think square plates and chargers will be more expensive since they aren't as common.
We used round chargers from the Dollar Tree.We were really happy with them!
We also did banquet tables.

Totally depends on your vibe for the reception. Square tends to have more of a modern feel, circle more classic. Both can be formal. Both would look nice!

I think it strictly depends on your theme for the wedding. Mine is an elegant theme so we did circle. If you have a rustic theme, you may want square.
