Stamps.com

I did my wedding invitations and they were 91 cents each. Has anyone used stamps.com for postage to avoid having to use multiple stamps on each envelope? How was it?

I used stamps.com for my invites and it worked perfectly. I even ordered awesome custom image stamp sheets with our photo on them (I think it was $3 for sheet of 24 stamps). Much cheaper for pretty, custom stamps than what zazzle.com offers. The one thing to keep in mind is that the stamps are larger than typical stamps. The normal stamp sheets are about 1.25"x1.25". The custom image stamps are about 2.25"x1.25". So, they may look weird on a smaller envelope (especially RSVP). But, they should look perfectly find on a standard invite size envelope.

It looks like their preprinted roses style stamps are the larger size, too. They offer an official "photo stamp" but those are more expensive. For mine, I just submitted our photo for the design on the standard Custom Net Stamps, and that worked out fine. So, if you want to do custom design or photo, use the custom netstamps, not the more expensive photo stamp option.
