I enjoy hockey, but FH buying the NHL package has made me really start to hate it. Even if it is the play-offs. I kid you not, we have been watching EVERY SINGLE game (prior to the play offs). FH is a Leafs fan (try not to laugh), so he was watching every game that could've potentially impacted their chance at making in the playoffs. Now that it's actually play-off time, and I usually LOVE hockey - I'm read to lose my mind.

I'm sad the Hawks are done, so I'm routing for the Wings.

Oh, and when we're not watching hockey - we're watching golf. Arrrrrrrrghhhhh!

@Kerry...I'm not quite THAT big a fan I like regular season games when I can, and playoff games for my team, and maybe one or two of another team i like if i miss mine, but definitely not every single game that could make a difference to our playoff run...nah, i find that out from the news...no need to lose three hours on it I feel your pain

My FH used to play hockey in high school and I watched it with my dad growing up, so we have been watching pretty regularly. We don't have a hometown team, so we root on a team by team basis. I'm pretty indifferent to the teams in the west now that Chicago is out and the games are so late! Sorry, Ore. bride! Hope the wings give you all a reason to throw some squids soon!

Try being a Sabres fan We can never make it past the friggen first round. Sucks being a sports fan in Buffalo.

Yeah my team is already out the Sabres. I am already looking forward to next season!!! Haha! One of our good friends is a Wings fan so I tease him about them. I don't mind them or anything I just do it because he picks on DH and I for loving the Sabres.

And the Sabres have made it past the first round they want to the Stanley Cup in 98. I will never forget that game. The no goal against Dallas was horrible!!

This is making me sad...I love hockey. It is really the only sport I truly get into. FH and I are season ticket holders to our minor league team - The Texas Stars. I never miss a game and was totally bummed when Milwaukee beat us in double overtime last Monday night ending our Calder Cup bid. : (

I should be a Bruins fan for the NHL, being from MA and all, but for the NHL I just like watching the games and don't really root for one team over the other....OK maybe a little bit for the Bruins.

I agree with Kerry I used to LOVE watching hockey and Now the my FH needs to watch every game and doesnt matter if we have plans the game comes first I am really starting to HATE it...

My FH used to play hockey when he was younger, and I watched it with my Dad growing up, so we try to watch as many games with our teams in them as we can! But only my team, the Canucks, made it to the playoffs this year lol. He cheers for the Leafs.. But apparently since his team isn't in the playoffs 'it's not really worth it to watch it this year' and he supposes he'll cheer for the Canucks!

At least your teams made the playoffs!!! I am still watching a fair amount though, and at this point I don't care who wins per se, but I reeaallly don't want it to be Vancouver...so go Nashville right now!!!

Proposal was after Caps vs. Rangers game.

Married day of Caps vs. Rangers clincher last weekend.

We would have been there if it was the wedding thing. LOL!

He made a Capitals & hockey fan. Luv the game.
