My wedding is in 3.5 weeks, and I am so excited! On top of trying to finish up planning, I am trying to find ways to make sure I stay illness-free. I swear I have the weakest immune system, and end up getting sick any time I’m on a plane, whenever I get stressed, etc. I just fought off a nasty cold last week, and am looking for ways to stay healthy, energized, and illness-free before my wedding! I’m already planning on taking airborne the days before my trip (I have to travel for my wedding), and will be that person wiping down everything on the plane. But just wanted to see if anyone had any tricks they use! Open to all ideas, whether it be oils, vitamins, self care practices etc. let me know what works for you!
