I have an Google Doc spreadsheet going with names of those invited, their addresses, RSVP, meal choice, etc. It's been pretty easy to keep track of everything. To collect the addresses, I got most of the family addresses from my parents and my fiance's parents, and reached out to everyone else to get their addresses.

Thank you so much! That helps. Are you handwriting envelopes or getting them printed?

I handwrote the guest addresses on the envelopes, but bought a stamp for my return address. I highly recommend getting a stamp or stickers or something for your address, since it saves so much time in writing, and they're fairly cheap to get.

My fiancée and I texted everyone who’s address we needed if we couldn’t get it from other sources (family/friends) and I kept the addresses in a Google spreadsheet before importing them into Minted, where I ordered my invites from and also am using for my wedding website and online RSVPs. Minted printed the recipient addresses and I opted to pay a little more for them to print the return address as well!

I for sure used a google spreadsheet to write everyones name, email or physical address and then i wrote the number of guests invited and then their rsvp and comments in the end such as any dietary restrictions, etc.

I used Postable to help gather addresses, but also just texted/messaged people or got them from my mom, lol.

The addresses now live in several Google Docs.

I had a planner I wrote everything down in. My mom and my MIL mostly had the addresses of everyone we wanted to invite so we only had to message 2 people and ask for them.

For my husband's side, his mom provided a list of addresses. For my side, my grandmother and mom provided me with everyone's addresses. For anyone they couldn't provide, we sent them a message and they sent us their address. I used The Knot which has the option to input your guest list with addresses, emails, phone numbers, etc. Once they rsvp'd, I marked as either attending or declining. Not sure if WeddingWire has the same feature or not.

I sent out a link to each of my guests and they were able to input all of their information. First I used wedding wire and then switched over to Zola

I just texted people for their addresses. Some I got from my mom and his mom. I had an excel spreadsheet where I included all the guests with addresses, phone numbers, eventual rsvp decision, etc. I found a template online that I adapted a little. I searched something like "excel wedding tracker."

We texted/messaged everyone for their addresses and then went a little old fashioned with the tracking of them and wrote them all out in our wedding binder on the guest list pages
