Still Torn: Arm Bouquets vs. Round Bouquets

Note: 1st picture is of arm bouquets. They are supposed to be carried like a baby down the aisle. Second picture is regular round bouquets

The arm bouquets cover up so much of the person holding them. You can barely see the bride's dress in that picture.

I like the first one

Clarification-I will not have a arm bouquet. Mine will be round and the bridesmaids will either be an arm bouquet or a round bouquet.

@Pancakes-that is completely true. The bridesmaids dresses are pretty plain so there is much detail to cover up

I really like the arm bouquets with the olive branches.

I honestly can hardly tell the difference. Can you make something somewhat in between? Then maybe your photographer can play with them while doing pictures, and the girls can carry them like a round bouquet while walking down the aisle?

While they are both gorgeous from the tone of your post I think you'd prefer the round.

I like the round bouquets better even though I'm old school.

I think the arm bouquets are pretty and more unique but I don't like that they cover up the bridesmaids so much. I guess I'm a round girl.

I honestly didn't know arm bouquets were a thing for weddings until I was on here. I'm guessing it's regional? That being said, I vote for round bouquets.

Also, from your post it sounds like you want arm, but need some validation? Is your only concern people's lack of familiarity?

We had arm bouquets for my friends wedding and none of us had them before. They were absolutely gorgeous but hard to handle at times

@Elise your pictures help a lot. They do look pretty. Was the one round one the maid of honor's?

My FMIL is pushing for the arm bouquet. ugh.
