Stomach Flu 3 days before wedding

Hi Brides. I get married this weekend and caught the stomach bug. Just my luck. Any tips or tricks to get over this or have my stomach go back to normal before Saturday!? 😭

    Stomach bugs are usually gone between 24-48 hours, so you should be good by this weekend. Get plenty of rest, keep hydrated. Ginger ale and crackers always help me. Feel better!

    Drink lots of clear fluids and get plenty of rest. It should be out of your system soon!

    Hope you get better soon! It should be gone by then and you should be pretty much back to normal. I would still be cautious about what you are eating, and eat only bland things. Also, you will still be contagious. Last year I got it a little over a week that fh got it.

    Oh no! Feel better soon.

    I've had nasty stomach bugs in the past so I know it's not fun. #1 tip: rest! Drink plenty of water (if you can) and stick to a BRAT (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) diet. If you can't keep anything down, see your doctor - they can prescribe medication to help.

    Pedialyte is good too keep hydrated!!! Stay away from sugar from juice and sports drinks. Lots of rest!!! Bland foods!!!

    Luckily stomach bugs are short lived. In the meantime, get rest and drink a lot of clear fluids. Hope you feel better soon!

    Drink lots of water and get lots of sleep. Don’t fight it, let it run its course. It it’s not better after 24hr call your doctor.

    Nikki, if fear of getting dehydrated, eat watermelon. I get stomach viruses quite often. It's a miracle fruit. Settles tummy. Eat in small pieces. Stay away from the rind. And what others have suggested Ginger Ale, Crackers, dry toast. Rest and delegate any things that you need done so you can rest and not worry. Try not to drink tap water, makes it worse. Sparkling water helps me, too. Feel better!!
