Storing artificial flowers

I Iive in the south so really hot summers. Best way to store my artificial flowers so that they don’t discolor. Right now the greenery are In clear plastic bags and the colored flowers are in the cardboard box with clear plastic covering. (Like from Ling’s flowers). Wedding is in 8 months.
