Find a good seamstress and they will make you look amazing. My guy worked with me to get the right cups in the right place for my strapless sweetheart cut dress. I'm a 34B, as well.

I definitely want cups sewn in that will lift the ladies back to where they were in their glory days.

If I could give you some of mine I would! Currently trying to figure out how to shrink my DDs to avoid cleavage on my wedding day...

I had my cups sewn in and I am a 34G (fitting touch size). I have more than enough to fill the dress but having the cups sewn in the dress gave me an extra lift and I'm not wearing a bra. Love it!!!

I'm having a push-up corset bra PLUS not one, but two extra cups sewn in per side. I needed it to even out my body shape. I'm going back in next week to see how my alterations with all that turn out but here's what it looked like when she had pinned everything together. I'm taller with wide hips but a smaller chest.
