Try just searching for the song and not for Nina. There have been countless arrangements of this song.... Michael Buble's version has strings. Maybe start there?

As students, they should have teachers and conductors who can help them find it. Or yes, you'll probably have to get them a version arranged for someone else (not Nina Simone).

If they're very good, they may be able to divide the lines in the piano and guitar accompaniment between the instruments - but it will be extra time and effort for them.
