Struggling

Mollie, on December 6, 2020 at 5:22 PM Posted in Do It Yourself 0 9
Hi everyone, I'm really struggling right now. I have found two wedding invitation styles i really like they are both beautiful and reflects a lot about my character. I've gotten to the point were im just tempted to do it myself, but I know the outcome won't be as beautiful. Its just when I go to look up the artists or companies who made these they are just super pricy and I would rather spend more money on the actual ceremony and reception than the invites to it. Here are the examples if you know how or can help me find a cheaper option id really appreciate it Struggling 1

You can send a design to a printing company and print them much cheaper.

Design something you like on Canva.com with clipart and various free fonts online, and take it to a local Staples/OfficeMax to be printed out.

Check your local printing companies via google or yelp. Send them the design you like.

After you put your design together, save the file to a flash drive and the print team at Staples can print it from there.

I printed my invites at Staples and they turned out great. Plus they were super helpful! I think I spent $30 for 40 invitations and rsvps, plus details cards and rehearsal inserts (10). I used premium paper too. I found a free template using a google search. I got envelopes 50% off at Hobby Lobby. Total I spent $100 on STD and invitations and only because I had to splurge on pocket envelopes. They were a must have for me. The worst part was assembling them. But even that wasn’t too bad.
If you know someone with a circuit you can do the spiderweb envelope
(I used Microsoft Word to make Christmas cards and our thank-you cards and it was super easy)
