Style Showdown: Barn or Ballroom?

Ballroom but they are some pretty amazing barn venues I would also recommend.

Ballroom is elegant and beautiful, I was amazed at how beautiful the barn can turn out as well... However I'm going through menopause and A/C is a must have....

We are getting married in a "barn" but it doesn't really look like one on the inside or outside! It has rustic elements like a live edge bar and is surrounded by pine trees, but is still so elegant with multiple chandeliers and a loft area.

Barn, for me they have special significance-and so many ballrooms look like the next ballroom-definitely want this to be unique. I can’t find an appropriate barn for an appropriate cost, but this pic is beautiful.

Near the beginning of my relationship, my fiance encouraged me to face my fears and start riding horses again. Im plus sized, and hadn’t ridden in 12+ years, but horses soothe my soul. Since then, riding has become a hige source of confidence and health, helping my mental and physical wellbeing. Honey bought me a thoroughbred last year. I’ve looked at it from every angle to try to figure out her being at the wedding (she’s that special to me). Can’t find a way yet, but a barn would solve that problem 😂😂

We looked at mostly ballrooms and one barn. The barn itself was nice but the logistics werent great for us (no ac except in bathroom trailer, not handicap friendly, weather could be 30-90° in may...)
I love both style venues though.

Ballroom! I originally headed towards a barn type thing but too rustic for my liking

Neither. We rented out our favorite restaurant in our town. Decor is a mixture of vintage and modern and the food is beyond incredible!
