Having a good hair and makeup artist is SO important. I tried several trials before even booking because I wanted to make sure everything was perfect. When you get your pictures back, you'll be so happy!

That’s so exciting. Often times the HMUA doesn’t see the same vision we do.

So glad you had a good experience. I had mine a week ago and LOVED the outcome. I sent her pictures of HMU ideas I liked and she captured my vision perfectly. She will travel to me the day of and also do the makeup for my BMs and makeup for my mother and FH's mother. Glad to have this checked off my to-do list.

I'm posting my inspiration pictures from Pinterest. My stylist mixed all 3 styles into 1. I wanted to do like a mermaid braid, but it's going to be a long day so I chose something I wouldn't have to mess with.

YES! Super important. Before I booked my stylist I had no idea who to ask. It's a bit harder for me as I am a bridal stylist myself and could not choose at first. Some people say I waited too close to my wedding day to do a trial but it was all worth it.

I was so dreading my HMUA trial, but I had a haircut done by my stylist and now I'm really excited for it. I'm still nervous, but hearing about another bride that is so happy with her results is making me look forward to it.
