Suit or Tux?

I'm all about the classic tux!

We're having an overall fairly casual affair, but FH was ADAMANT that he and his groomsmen were going to wear tuxes. Who am I to argue?

Definitely something more casual. We are having a rustic wedding. So my FH and his boys are wearing a nice pair of dark jeans, cowboy boots, and navy blue vest. Haven't decided if I want them to wear white shirts yet or not.

But it could very quickly change into at least a jacket

I always thought I would want tuxes, but we are going with suits.

FH and groomsmen are wearing navy suits. Those can definitely be dressed up, and he and I both want the guys to be comfortable

Neither!!!! We are having a destination wedding and we wanted a more casual yet formal look...if that makes sense lol! The guys will be in gray slacks, white buttoned down shirts and a gray vest! No ties or anything. The only one that will wear a tie is my fiancé!

Neither for us! Linen pants with button downs and sleeves rolled up!

We opted to use suits because it was cheaper for everyone and most of the guys and our fathers already had them we just bought ties to match our colors for each of them.

For my daughter's wedding, they are all buying the same suit. All the men are suit wearers so it makes sense.

Suits. FH really wants the vest look.

Tuxedo for sure. Gotta love that bow tie.

We’re going grey suits. We also had the groomsman purchase the suits because we got a great deal on them where it would have been more to rent something else. So not only do we get what we want but the guys can have a nice grey suit for any occasion they want!

I prefer the look of a suit. I didn't know the difference until we went to the tux rental place. Decided I'm not into the satin pockets edges. Don't really know why but when we went and looked I just didn't care for it.

My FH really wants to wear tuxes, but I'm kind of thinking that a suit will be more fitting. We are most likely getting married outside and I feel like tuxes will be too formal for that. On the other hand if he really wants tuxes who am I to tell him no. I am going to have to see what he thinks after he tries them on.
