Sunset Wynn Primrose Courtyard Wedding

Abi, on June 5, 2018 at 6:08 PM Posted in Nevada Planning 0 2
Hey,
I'm recently engaged and I'm planning my wedding for May 30th, 2018. We have chosen Primrose Courtyard at the Wynn Hotel. Being the end of May we know the temperatures will be high so we want to have a sunset wedding so it's not too hot for our day. I've looked online and it says the sunset time will be around 7:50 p.m. on May 30th. Has anyone had a sunset wedding in the Primrose Courtyard? What time did you start your ceremony to insure you had the best light? I'll attach a couple photos to give an idea of the kind of lighting I would like https://goo.gl/images/2hvbjm https://goo.gl/images/zrfsoe. It's been suggested that the best time to start the ceremony would be 7 p.m. and we will have suspended tea lights as well as candles down the aisle. I just don't want it to be too dark for the pictures after the ceremony. Any advice is greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Hi Abi! Welcome to the WeddingWire Community! Smiley ring Those pictures are beautiful! 7 pm sounds like an ideal time to capture a nice sunset, especially since any time earlier would be too hot. However, since it could possibly become dark after the 7; do you think starting it a tad earlier at like 6:30 ish would work a little better?

I am not certain about the lighting, but maybe you should speak to the coordinator about it, they should have a really good idea about good times for the best lighting. That is a beautiful venue!! please post pics of your wedding!!

Hi! I'm planning to get married in the Primrose Courtyard next October, and am interested in the exact same decor. Candles down the aisle, and hanging tea lights just seems all too magical. Curious...how many pretty pennies did the candles cost?
