I just wanted to share my super saver budget wedding invitation idea incase anyone else is looking for the cheapest way to do their invitations. I just got got 50 invitations and 50 RSVP cards for $25!!!!
This is what I did: I went to the Wedding Chicks Website and used a free template for my invites and RSVP. They have some nice ones to choose from. You can also find some nice invitation templates For free here. Then I made a collage of a few of our engagement pics online. I don’t remember which site I used for the collage but I googled “free collage” and used one of the first ones to pop up.
Then I went to this part of Vista print that sells post cards. I ordered 5”x7” post cards with my collage on one side and my invitation on the other side. Then I ordered 4”x6” post cards with my RSVP on them.
To mail them I’ll need A7 envelopes. Hobby lobby has them for less than $4 for a pack of 50 white ones.
This enabled me to make my invitations bilingual, I filled in everything I needed in both English and Spanish and made a simple invite that will work for both FH’s family and mine. Bilingual invites were super expensive and buying two sets of invitations was expensive and extra work.
Vista print is having a 50% off sale right now so this is the best time to try to get the most for your money.
I can post a pic of the final product when it comes in the mail if anyone is interested.
