Hey Guys so earlier last week I made a post about a surprise cake testing I was doing for my FH. He had no idea, the jist of my original post was FH and I opted for a DW so didn't get to do any of teh traditional things you do when wedding planning. Its been great for me cause I DIY but for him who is not heavily involved with wedding planning all he sees is the $$$$$ so I figured it would be fun to do an impromptu tasting of some homemade cakes. I had A BUNCH planned but I ended up only getting him out of the house for a few hours (3 to be exact) so I ran out of time to do all I planned but still very fun! Check my results!
Apple Spice Cake, Caramel Mousse with caramel butter cream and drip
Graham Cracker sponge cake with Chocolate buttercream and marshmallow mousse
Strawberry Daiquiri cake with Strawberry Mousse, lime curd and vanilla buttercream (this was my failed cake) wasn't suppose to look like this lol
