Surreal feeling?

Yes! I had to recently give myself a "reality check" because at the beginning we had over a year. Then April hit and I was all.. ooooooo crap 6 months gotta got finalizing crap! Had just kept telling myself there was time. 😂
I think it will hit more when it's in that last month that it's really coming. I know I can't wait!
If you've made all your checks, make sure you give yourself a break. Don't want the big day to go by too fast!

Mine is next June...so, yes it seems very far away.
I'm sure you are just stressed and a little overwhelmed at the moment, since you have been putting all your energy towards the wedding.

You will be fine! Don't worry. Just enjoy your day and all of the fruits of your Labour, so to speak.
You will be a beautiful bride. You will have the wedding of your dreams, with the man of your dreams.

Same feelings! I just hit 99 days and it feels surreal (I started at 19 months). I think it will feel more real the closer it actually gets (I’m thinking that week I fly in for me at least lol). I’m excited for sure though. I think just ready for it to be here lol

I get moments of pure excitement so I’m going to try to hang onto those. I thought it would feel more real as I got closer too but here I am feeling like it’s not going to come lol. But i think a large part of that is just me and the way I think about/handle things. I’m really going to work on enjoying these last couple weeks because I will never get them again. Yes! I’m down to my last 100 days and I keep having to tell myself that the day is quickly approaching and I have to start making final decisions. I know the feeling. Now I make it a point to check my calendar to plan out due dates, so I don’t miss anything.

Oh yes. I am trying to figure out how get out of the rut. I come from no dowry and bolgic faimly dis owned me because of guy going married over religious. I am trying to get all owered soon do a another boom shell hitting. We are planning on keeping small but impossible at moment. He comes from xxxl faimly that tlod him we had to cut off.

It still doesn’t feel real to me because it’s over a year away, but it felt realer when I went to my first bridal appointment. That being said, it’ll probably be the week before and I still won’t have fully grasped the idea mentally. I never thought I was the marriage type, so all of this is a little out of my element, which makes it feel like I’m planning someone else’s wedding—or just a big party. I only hope it does feel real on my wedding day, lol.

So far still calm, but it definitely felt real after getting my dress today. Other than some final logistical details and paying of balances, we're basically done planning. No major hiccups or drama- we've been planning with an open mind. I told my fiancé that this summer is going to fly by and December 7th will be here before we know it.

Granted, I was engaged in a previous relationship, before I got out of it (it was an abusive situation). So, I've been halfway down this road before and not had it happen.

Now, it's just feeling that I'm doing all this, so that feels real, but I don't think I'll believe it until the day of...
