Swan Meadow Farm, Pemberton- Paging Celia!

I found this gorgeous venue through another discussion thread. Celia suggested looking at Emily's Cafe and this was the vendor. We love the pictures of farm meets vintage but can find no other evidence of weddings besides their featured wedding. Has anyone looked here or gone to a wedding here? We are assuming they are new or something. Any info and reviews appreciated.
