Sweating for the wedding

Hey ladies!!

Does anyone have a good workout routine? I work 10 -11 hour shifts and am exhausted when I get home from work. I need a routine that I will be able to stick to!

    Hello!! So i lost a lot of weight by doing the Beachbody program T-25. It is a super intense workout only 25 minutes a day.

    You can purchase the program or I highly suggest buying Beachbody on demand. It is cheaper and you have a lot more programs to look into.

    My FH started running before the wedding, he just took 30 minutes everyday to run as much as he could stand and you would be amazed how much weight you can lose just by daily running! He looks dramatically different, like 2 pant sizes in 2 months! Men also loose weight faster, lucky jerks but I totally feel you because when I get home I am dead!! I started doing yoga before bed because it helps to relax me versus running with makes me more energized afterwards. There are some yoga programs for weight loss too.

    HI Meagan! Wow, you have long days!! I totally understand that, whenever I get home from work I always feel unmotivated to workout. Agreeing with the above comment, sometimes I'll just get up and run for about 20 minutes a day. On days where I'm extra tired, I just walk around the neighborhood for 30 minutes. Even just getting up and moving a little can really help! Another workout that I saw huge results from was HIIT! I just googled some pre-made exercises and kind of made up my own routines! You can make a great 20 minute workout out of them!

    A good “diet” is your best option. I work out 4 times a week and didn’t notice changes until I changed my eating habits. I lost 30 lbs in 3 months with combining intermittent fasting (16&8 meaning fasting for 16 hours and eating for only 8 hours a day, I eat from noon to 8 pm so it’s not hard) and I joined a meal prep plan (Nutrition solutions).

    I do workout off of youtube. I like to look for ones that are 20-30 min long and are a combination of strength training and cardio, I also do HIIT workouts that are great on youtube as well. I don't have time after work and between kids activities, etc to go to a gym. I've been doing workouts off youtube for almost 2 years and have seen great results.
