Just wondering if anyone has used SweetWater Photography, and if so I would love to hear your experience with them.

There are various companies of that name.
There is one at TheKnot which has comments to it
Sweetwater Wedding Photography | Wedding Photographers - The Knot
It depends if you feel the comments are a good representation -- and if it is the right company.
