Sweetheart table backdrop

Annie, on December 18, 2016 at 4:07 PM Posted in Style and Décor 0 5

Backdrop or no backdrop behind sweetheart table in ballroom? Is pipe and drape behind sweetheart table necessary? I'm thinking about having our ceremony arch moved behind our table but I was told it may be difficult because it'll likely need to be disassembled...

I definitely don't think it's necessary, it makes for a really pretty picture though.

I don't think moving your arch would be weird at all!

Here is a pic from a friends wedding who had a backdrop, so pretty right?!

We are having our sweetheart table set up with the ceremony arch in the background. It is easy for us since we will be changing over the ceremony over into thr reception space. I think having a backdrop makes the sweetheart table stand out all the more

I think it depends on your venue. They're not necessary, but they sure are pretty! We have lights behind ours so I think the glow will add to the ambiance as well. What do the walls in the ballroom look like?

Well our ceremony is outside and the reception ballroom is adjoining so the arch will have to be moved indoors. I would prefer to have the arch behind us as we are already paying for it. Rather not get a separate backdrop! The walls are just white in the ballroom...and there are windows on one side that overlook the beach

I think you should just skip it then. I think windows in the room overlooking the beach sound pretty nice!
