Sweetheart’s Table Decor

Hi! My FH & I will be having a sweetheart’s table at our wedding. Our colors are mauve & tan, with a more rustic/wood scheme. I have beautiful wood lanterns id love to incorporate on the floor in front of the sweetheart’s table, not sure what else to decorate it with, I dont want it to look awkward with lanterns there. Any ideas? Thank you!!

How about some fake flowers (Hobby Lobby has a great selection) so it looks like it’s pouring out of the lantern? Twist some twinkle lights around the flowers (Amazon has some at very affordable prices).

Hi Danielle! We had a coastal theme and had lanterns on the floor with our sweetheart table too! My florist had ribbon tied at the top and we put battery operated big candles in them. Here are a few pics!

Will you be having an arch for your ceremony? If so, you can re-use the arch as decor for your sweetheart table. We had a chuppah and our vendors took it apart during cocktail hour to repurpose it for the sweetheart table. Just a suggestion if you will already be having an arch! Another thing we did was we placed my bouquet in a pretty vase at the sweetheart table

We are planning to have a sweetheart table. I am going to use a lace tablecloth, and have a vase for my bouquet. Otherwise we are going to keep it pretty simple!
