Symbolizeit.com ..anyone ever use them? ***UPDATED in comments***

My local Wedding Fair provides a $200 gift card to use at Symbolize It. Both my FH and I got one. So we have $400 to use. Their products look nice and are pricey. Also, the gift card only works on a select amount of their products. Without the gift card I would never use them but I intend to get something from them, probably just our guest book. The shipping is pricey at $25 for the guest book.

I picked out a $100.00 11x14 print, paid $15 for shipping through PayPal just in case. I will update when I get it.

So our 11x14 acrylic impression came in the mail today; and I have to say. I am quite impressed. I am impressed enough to use the 50% off coupon that came with the end result.

The image was blown up and then mounted onto a foam backing of some sort, with a bit of (what feels like) neoprene with a nail hole in the backing.

In total I spent $15.00 to ship it out to us and it came really fast.

I had gift card/coupon things from bridal shows too so today I ordered 3 things: a cake topper, a wooden monogram wall decoration, and a canvas picture of me and my FH. Hopefullly it goes well!

Absolute junk! The guestbook used construction paper and the cake topper came broken. I was charged $40 for shipping and handling. The quality of the items was awful and I'm sure cost much less than $40 to make. DONT BUY!!!!!

After attending a bridal show, I received a coupon for up to $200 off an acrylic print, just pay $25 for shipping. I ordered the big print, landscape view. It arrived yesterday and I'm thrilled!!!! It's already on the wall! My husband loves it too, he noticed it right away! The colors are beautiful and vivid and the clarity is perfect!!!! Excellent product, very happy!!!

I just received my print...but it's plastic not glass! Was definitely expecting glass! Hubby is not happy

Hello! I went to a bridal show, and got a coupon for a free "custom print" or "personalized gift". So I picked a cake topper, and my coupon DIDN'T WORK. So I did their live chat to see what the problem was. The guy on the live chat told me that they would send me an email to fix my problem. After a WEEK, still did not get an email from them. Finally, I called them, and they got my coupon to work. After all this, I come to find out that my gift is not really FREE. My cake topper was $10, and the coupon made it free. However shipping was $10! So really, it was as if I was buying it myself, with free shipping. They do have a lot of choices on their website as a "free gift", but the shipping costs just as much as the "FREE" gift. Not worth it.

We got 3 free gift coupons at the bridal show so we used the first one to order a $100 canvas print and paid $40 for shipping. We'd priced out the canvas print already before the show and it would have cost us about $100 with no shipping to have it done locally so, the way we see it, we still saved $60 on it! We're trying to use the other two for a wooden wall hanging and a do not disturb sign but every time we click on "Personalize it" the site stops loading about 1/4 of the way in. It's been doing that for two days and "Live Chat" just had me type my issue and told me someone would get back to me (that was yesterday and, so far, we've gotten no response). Anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to get it to work? I tried Chrome and Firefox but had the same issue in both. If I have IE on this computer somewhere I don't know where because I haven't used IE since it was still called IE. lol

I have 4 Gift Cards for Symbolize it, each $200 value. Do you know if I can use more than one card at once? Or are we limited to just 1?

I went to my local bridal show a few weeks ago and received 2 $200 "gift cards" of course I was excited and went online to check it out! Well, the gift card only works on maybe 5 things.. So disappointment there, I was still excited and wanted to atleast get a few things maybe. I placed my first order, very skeptical.. once It arrived I was very surprised!! It was very nice, I had to pay $25 for shipping, BUT the print was huge and beautiful. After this great experience I wanted to use my other one.. same deal picked out what I wanted, checked out, paid $40 in shipping for multiple items, still not too shabby. Well, the day after I placed my order my card got hacked from this company!! I was charged over $600! Thank god I caught it that day and called to get it straightened out. Still waiting to receive my items. Hopefully they turn out good after all of this mess!

I just got my package today and everything looks so beautiful! I was skeptical about how good the quality would be but I’m actually really impressed! Yes you have to pay for shipping but with the gift card I only spent $25 on what would have been a $90 purchase. It did take a couple weeks to come in, and their confirmation email came late and went into spam so I got worried for a bit. But end result came out great!

Update: WARNING - credit card just got hacked a couple weeks after placing the order originally. This is the only place I used it that I would be very suspicious of. I saw this happened to someone else as well, don’t think I will order from here again.

Beware! I also had my credit card hacked a few weeks after using the giftcards from symbolizeit.com which I received from a wedding expo last year. Do not use this company!
